William ‘Will’ Christopher Hill-Fulton

William “Will” Christopher Hill-Fulton died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012 as a result of a car accident. He was 17.

Will was born May 24, 1995 to Angela Owens and Ronald G. Hill in Wheeling, W.V. He attended school in Cameron, W.V., Roundup, Mont., Billings and was a senior at Powell High School. He was described by his friends as caring, kind and someone who was always there for them. He had worked at Food Basket IGA, Powell Country Club, the Par 72 Bistro and was a willing and gracious volunteer for the Loaves and Fishes food pantry.

Will enjoyed football, drawing, music, cooking and gaming.

He started playing football in the Little Guy Football League in the fifth-grade and sixth-grade, and played football at Lewis and Clark Middle School, Billings Senior High and Powell High School.

Will was a wonderful and loving son, brother, grandson, uncle and friend. He will forever be in his friends and family’s hearts, and he will be greatly missed.

Will is survived by his parents Angela and Andrew Fulton of Powell and Ronald Hill of Montana; grandparents Ken and Julie Fulton of Powell and Terry and Kenny Minear of Cameron, W.V.; brother Kovan D. Fulton, sisters Nicole Owens of Roundup, Amber Owens (Park Stumm) of Billings; Mikala Hill Fulton of Powell; aunts Brandy Conner of New Philadelphia, Ohio, Darlene (Troy) Allman of Cameron, W.V., and Rachel Fulton of Billings; great aunts and uncles Vera and Ron Hoskinson of Sardis, Ohio, and Harold and Darlene Moore of Glendale, W.V.; and nephew Gavin Turley of Roundup, Mont.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Robert L. Owens and William H. Hill; and great-grandparents Clem and Grace Rutan, Sylvia and Harold B. Moore, Walter and Mary Owens.

Memorial services will take place at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22 at Hope Lutheran Church in Powell.
