Wynona Davenport Block, 56, of Cody, died suddenly on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012.
Wynona was born on Feb. 8, 1956. She loved her family more than anything else. She spent most of her working life as a school bus driver and adopted every child assigned to her bus. She was “Mom” to everyone who met her.
Wynona took part in a few different organizations, most recently as a Billet Family member for the Quake hockey team.
Her hobbies included sewing, quilting and needlework, as well as outdoor activities such as camping and hunting.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne; children Sedeana Graves ofa Cody, Katrina Young of Gainesville, Fla., Seth Block of Fort Lee, Va., Chad Block of Thermopolis; as well as granddaughters Madison, Hayden, Kaytlynne, Riley and Jillian.
Funeral services will be held at Ballard Funeral Home on Friday, Oct. 19 at 2 p.m. Viewing will be from 1-2 p.m. with family present. An online memorial is available at www.ballardfh.com.
