Carl L. Wall, 78, of Cody, died peacefully at his home on Sept. 10, 2012.

Carl was born on Nov. 27, 1933 in the town of Roosevelt, Utah to Lewis and Eva Powell Wall. He was the first of four children.

The family moved to Cody in 1951; there he met Helen Capron and they were married May 21, 1953. After being married, he entered the Army at age 19 and served for two years. After an honorable discharge, he then went to work his entire career for Husky Oil Refinery. During these years, Carl and Helen had four children. He had many hobbies, some being the outdoors, raising bees, racing pigeons and chickens, and above all else spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Helen; four children Patty McClintick, Gary (Cheryl) Wall, Arnold Wall, Carl Michael (Julie) Wall; brother Don Wall; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at the LDS Stake Center in Cody on Friday, Sept. 14 at 10 a.m. Visitation will be held the hour prior. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Cody.
