Thumbs up to the spirit of Thanksgiving.

New Year’s Eve is about booze and celebration. The Fourth of July is about fireworks and outdoors fun. Halloween is candy and parties. Christmas, intended as a major Christian event, is often seen as a time for spending large sums of money and stressing about the cost and hassle.

can hardly remember a time I wasn’t a Bill Cosby fan.

Tim Sapp got revenge at the polling places Tuesday, reclaiming the Ward 3 City Council seat he lost to Myron Heny in 2010.

Sapp defeated Heny 227-209, a margin of 51.83 percent to 47.72 percent. There were two write-in votes.

There have been more exciting Election Days in Wyoming. Most, in fact.

But Tuesday’s results, while not filled with surprises, still are worth a longer look. We will see an impact after all the votes are counted.
